Event sponsorship packages
The brand does not end when the event is taken down
The sponsor funds the credentials and their brand travels on in the wallet every attendee keeps using after the event.
- Up to 6 brand spaces
- Funded by the sponsor
- Made from recycled PET

The problem
Where sponsorship money goes today
Almost every kind of exposure ends when the event is taken down. EcoCrachá occupies a line the event already has to buy, and stays with the attendee.
- BannerRemoved at teardown
- Tote bagThrown away the following week
- Ordinary badgeDropped in the bin on the way out
- EcoCracháBecomes a wallet and stays in use
The number that changes the decision
A thousand attendees. A thousand brands in circulation.
At an event of a thousand people, the sponsor stops buying a single day of exposure and starts funding a thousand pieces that stay useful long after the closing session.
The credential was mandatory anyway. What changes is the category of the spend: from operating cost to commercial benefit.
From plan to delivery
How it works
- 1
The organiser defines the packages
There are up to 6 brand spaces per badge. They can become separate packages or a single exclusivity package, which is usually worth more.
- 2
The artwork reaches the sponsor ready
We assemble the badge with the logos applied and the organiser sends the image to whoever decides the sponsorship. Nobody has to imagine how it will look.
- 3
The sponsor funds production
The money comes out of their marketing budget, which is where banners and giveaways already live, and not out of the event budget.
- 4
The brand leaves the event with the people
Once the event is over, the attendee folds the badge into a wallet. The exposure continues at no extra cost to anyone.

Frequently asked questions
How does the sponsored badge work?
The sponsor funds production of the event credentials and, in return, their brand occupies a fixed space on the piece. Because the badge becomes a wallet when the event ends, that brand stays in use afterwards. For the organiser, the cost of the credential drops to zero.
How many sponsors fit on one badge?
Up to six per event. The limit is not commercial, it is legibility: beyond that the logos compete with each other and none of them gets read. Packages can be sold separately or as a single exclusivity deal.
How much does it cost to sponsor the badges for an event?
It depends on the number of attendees, because the sponsor is funding production. The unit price falls with volume, from R$ 10.00 for ten pieces to R$ 5.80 above five thousand. An event of a thousand people lands around six thousand reais, which can be split across packages.
How long does the brand keep showing up?
For as long as the wallet is in use, which is usually months to years. The material is recycled PET canvas, water-resistant and hard-wearing. That is the central difference from banners, tote bags and ordinary badges, which stop existing on teardown day.
Does the organiser have to pay anything?
Under the sponsored model, no. Production is paid by the sponsor and the organiser hands out the credential without it taking a line in the event budget. Buying directly, without sponsorship, is also possible when the organiser prefers.
Can we see how it looks with our brand before committing?
Yes. You can assemble the badge with the event and sponsor logos in the studio on this site and receive the image ready to send to whoever decides the sponsorship.
